Why ‘Seventy Eight’?

In 1978, the first-ever email campaign was sent to 400 recipients. The sales were estimated to be around $13 million, equivalent to $62 million today.

While CRM is so much more than email-marketing, this was the beginning of our work.

Early in my career, I was handed the reins of a CRM department, unaware of the strategic depth it required. This experience, repeated across countless startups I've worked with over the past decade, highlighted a common problem: untapped growth potential due to a lack of focus and expertise in CRM & email marketing.
